The first appearance of sin occurred in HEAVEN, when the pride of Satan and his band of Angels
tried to take over the throne of Almighty GOD. Revelation chapter 12 verse 7 of the King James
Version of the HOLY BIBLE states that there was war in heaven Michael and his angels fought
against the dragon and his angels. Verse 8 And they prevailed not, neither was their place any
more in heaven. Verse 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, or
Satan, which deceive the whole world. He was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast
out with him. Verses 10 - 12 will be parpharased. Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the
heavens, "It has happened at last! GOD's salvation and the power and the rule, and the authority
of Christ are finally here. The Accuser of our brothers has been thrown down from heaven onto
earth. He accused them day and night before our GOD. They defeated him by the blood of the
Lamb Jesus Christ, and by their testimony for they did not love their lives but laid them down for him.
Rejoice, O heavens! You citizens of heaven, rejoice! Be glad! But woe to you people of the world,
for the devil has come down to you in great anger, knowing that he has little time".
The second appearance of sin occurred on the earth, when the devil tempted Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The serpent asked Eve did GOD say you can't eat any of the fruit? Eve said, only the fruit from the tree at the center of the garden must we not eat or even touch lest we die. The devil said that's a lie, GOD knows very well that the instant you eat it you will become like him, for your eyes will be opened you will be able to distinguish good from evil! The woman was convinced. How lovely and fresh looking it was! And it would make her so wise! So she ate some of the fruit and gave some to her husband Adam, and he eat too. Suddenly they became aware of their nakedness and was ashamed and embarrassed.
If the universality of human sin never existed we could not possibly have known GOD in all his fulness as a merciful GOD, and his forgiving love! Revealed unto mankind thru the shed blood of Jesus Christ, GOD's only begotten son. It is by the death, burial, and resurrection of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that you can escape the snares of sin and believe with all your heart, mind, and soul that Jesus died for you, while the holy spirit is convicting you, repent of your sins, and trust in the lord to the saving and regeneration of your soul. When the peace that surpasses all understanding floods your soul you are assured that at death you can have a home in Heaven with everyone who has their name written in the Lambs Book Of Life.
